Eastern Bay of Plenty is a former New Zealand Parliamentary electorate, which existed only from 1993 to 1996, and was held by Tony Ryall.

The electorate included all the Opotiki and Kawerau Districts, most of the Whakatane District, and a small part of the Gisborne District. Towns included Whakatane, Kawerau, Opotiki, Murupara and Matawai.
The Eastern Bay of Plenty electorate replaced the East Cape electorate in 1993, and was absorbed into the new Bay of Plenty electorate in 1996.
